Why am I unable to open connection to port number 5222 when I can connect
to all the other ports on the server?
I have installed openfire server and it is running fine on port number
9090. As I try connecting to the server from another device, I am able to
but I fail when the port number is 5222. Why is that?
The url I used was https://192.168.1.177:5222 (This the IP of the server
that has openfire installed.)
I am able to open connection to all the ports except 5222 and 5223. What
could be the reason for this?
Note: Currently I am using a web browser to open connection to the port
from another device. The server lists 5222 as the client port.
